Aldo offers a flexible return policy allowing customers to return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original box and include the return authorization form provided during the initiation process.
Ship the Items
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup using the prepaid shipping label provided.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
